Sorting is never public. Operators enter their own name plus this shared temporary code. Their sorting actions are logged against that operator session.
Rename any house and pick its icon — solid colors or themed emoji (sports, landmarks, animals...). Updates everywhere instantly (Home, Sorting, Log Points, Sorting Log, Exports).
Current House Cup points broken down by class and House for the active academic year. These totals come directly from non-reversed point events that were logged against a class.
Set the maximum number allowed independently for Fire, Air, Earth and Water within each class. Teachers and SLT/Admin also have separate per-House quotas. Changes apply to new Sorting and Admin house moves immediately.
If a quota is lowered below the current count, existing people remain in place, but no new person can be added to that House for that class/category until the count is below the maximum.
New sorts (self-service or Add Student below) are tagged with the active year. Switching the active year later never changes anyone's existing house assignment — you can switch back and forth freely, and use the dropdown below to view any year's roster.
